Had words with the wife last night, she did her usual thing of apologizing, but the problems will persist and remain because she doesn’t actually want to solve them or figure out how to make us both happy. Eventually she will decide she’s over me and leave me, I just really hope it happens sooner rather than later, I’m already too old and ugly to get anyone else, but I’d rather not spend the rest of middle age being treated like this, I’d be better off alone……
