I’m a 6’2 guy who loves eating so much, but I need so little food it’s really annoying. I must have a really slow metabolism, I can eat a bread roll and not need anything else for about 6 hours. It p-i-s-s-es me off because I want to eat but I have no excuse to most of the time. If I only ate when I felt hungry, I would just have two small meals a day. That never happens because I really love snacking, but I could survive on such a tiny amount.
