I got forcibly promoted from my warehouse position. I was promised a raise because of it. Never got it. Was told by a new manager it was because I didn’t take some stupid quiz. So you mean I can be promoted in work but not in title and pay because I didn’t take some stupid a** quiz? Regardless. I was dealing with a customer today over the phone. They wanted pricing on a system. They didn’t mention they needed pricing on all the extra stuff that comes with buying a new system. So I gave them the pricing for the sustem. And tbh en they went “oh that’s the price for everything I’m. Going to need right?” So from that point I was annoyed. When I corrected the pricing for all the s*** rush didn’t tell me they needed, the proceeded to ask me for pricing on other systems. I had to put them on hold at one point so o could go smoke a cigarette and not yell at them for being annoying af.
