I hate my father, he would emotionally abuse me by screaming at me, getting mad at me for little things or sometimes nothing, destroying my stuff infront of me, etc. I know I should feel mad at him, and I do feel mad at him, but I feel bad because I know its just a cycle of generations of awful fathers and I know what he is going through. And im afraid that one day I might turn into him…
