Legal responsibility age need to be lowered to 13. I’ve grown weary of the court system giving a pass to killers, murders and thieves, because they’re under 18. We just had a 14yo in our city who was already on an ankle bracelet, leave his parents house, to go down the street and kill someone. Fastlane to the chair for these people. If you’re killing people and disregarding the law to that extent, at that young of an age, you have absolutely NOTHING to contribute to any society and deserve to be removed from the equation.
