I will never be anybody’s first priority. My family is dead, my partner of 5+ years has made it clear that their job/hobbies/etc will always come before me, and my friends all have their own families to take care of. I don’t even put myself first. My mom was the only person who ever thought I was important, but she’s been gone for 6 years.
