Here’s my advice. M********* at least once every single day. Seriously. I’m in my late 30s and everyone has always complimented me on my chill, upbeat demeanor but I struggle with anxiety and feelings of doubt like everyone else. Once I c** and I listen to some chill music, I’m like a Zen master and all the craziness of the world is so much easier to deal with. No drugs. Doesn’t cost a thing. It works. Don’t overdo it and keep yourself locked in your room but just see it as a quick stress relief.
