You can try, but I can tell you from my perspective as a strong minded man, nobody would ever be able to change my views on anything I firmly believe (not just race relations, I mean anything).
Trying just makes it worse. Most people need to want to change. You can’t make someone change their views. When people try that with me, sooner or later they find out they hit an impossible wall. And if it takes them until later to realize that it’s a wall they are about to hit, I’m usually so aggravated I want to literally kill them, psycho, I have been driven crazy a d I probably hate them to hell, they are afraid and running the f*** away because they have never seen anything like me. And I go on hating them badly until the day I die. In fact I might get so aggravated at just the thought of them, I wish I could legally murder them and get away with it. These feeling are permanent. I have people like that to this day. I haven’t even had any communication with them in over a decade, and to this day I still fantasize brutally murdering them. They thought they could change my mind about an issue that I didn’t believe was any of their business. They just really aggravated me and now I hate their f****** guts worse than ever, permanently. In fact I swear if Armageddon is declared, I’ll get them before it does. It’s that bad.
People need to either want to change. They need some kind of profound experience that makes them want to change. You can’t talk change into most people. Maybe a weak minded fool who can’t think for himself, sure. Not someone who believes what they believe and if you try with the wrong person, you might end up in a heap of s***.
