I cook and eat healthy foods. I should be slimmer but crisps have a chokehold on me. I can eat a multipack in 30 minutes so I am fatter than I was 2 years ago. I feel so s*** and will resume working out, drinking my water and eating better from Monday to drop this weight. I gave up so many vices but can’t kick f****** crisps.
