Saw a f****** beautiful Gibson Les Paul Custom in Silverburst. Not the Adam Jones (TOOL) guitar aged and yellowed, brand new Les Paul Custom. $4250. Sitting there right in front of the counter. I made the comment “that’s a freaking cool guitar” he goes “yeah, if it was for the checking cracks in the finish?…” I asked “What?” stepped back, and sure enough the finish on the body has massive cracks access the body. That happens is you leave a guitar In a cold car in the middle of winter, bring it inside and open the case in a hot room. This just happened. I bet it’s the Silverburst finish. It’s unstable.

Someone bought this guitar, which honestly is probably the nicest coolest Les Paul Custom I have ever seen, he probably ordered it, waited for it, got it, and…..
