I’m a 30 year woman, and I just accidentally pooed my knickers. I was running around try to get some things done between work calls, and putting off going to the loo until later, and then it just came out. That was 5 minutes before another call, so I didn’t have time to change and I had to stand there doing the call (camera off) for an hour with a my knickers full of poo. So embarrassing, even though I don’t think anyone realised.
