Samuel Shirokobrod of Baltimore, Maryland s******* abused our neighbor’s 9 year old son for 3 years causing the child to commit suicide, and yet the Baltimore Police Department refuses to arrest him. He is a monster who needs to be stopped and the people who are supposed to protect the innocent allow him to roam the streets free. He should be brought to Justice, but instead he’s getting away with it.
