Most of the time employee loyalty is meaningless. In the movies it’s something to be celebrated like the person is with the company 30 years so they’re living legend. In real life, no. A teacher at my old high school has been there for about 45 years. In the movies he would be like a wise old sage giving students and staff advice every day. In real life, even the other teachers think he’s a boring old fat man and they ignore him as much as possible.
It s**** that the better version of things is the fake version, but that’s how it is.
