I am a manager for what is possibly the most dysfunctional company of all time. 2 of my crew are absolutely worthless, do less than the bare minimum, one of them has not worked a full 40 hour week in their entire life, both believe they deserve seven figure salaries, a trophy for being born, and endless praise and worship for simply existing on this earth. They also happen to both be black, as such they are not allowed to be criticized, the company will not fire them, and they are enabled and allowed to carry on like this with no consequences. I will be leaving at my earliest convenience. This is ridiculous.
