to the person writing in as an intern and feeling suicidal. please don’t end your life. I just think you are working too hard as most interns do. but you help save lives. you need to focus on some self care sometimes. that is the hard thing. I wish I even knew how to do that. here is me so dumb telling someone who has it more together then me to just focus on a bit of self care and I dam well can’t even. but nothing is worth killing yourself. I should know I thought about it enough.
