there’s actually a stupid f****** “fanlore” page dedicated to explaining what fandom w*** was. every description was used, from “trolling” to “mocking idiocy” but the glaring vocabulary which fit fandom w*** to a T was not used: bullying.
fandom w*** was one of the earliest forms of cyberbullying, moral harassment, and mob humiliation. i recognised some of these same people had gone on to become fighters of some form of social justice lmao. it’s disgusting. you don’t know about the people you have driven to suicide and you don’t care what you’ve done to them in your old days. f*** you all.
