If you start to work in the hospitality industry you will realise how ugly the human nature can be.
The hotel I work for accommodates various airline companies and has contract with three of them, mostly books in cabin crews and pilots. One of them is sort of okay, but that is all. The other two, their cabin crews are on another level of entitlement.Barely have any manners, and act as if they are the centre of the universe.
It shocks me how awful you can actually be and you have the guts to call yourselves a human. These people, they are not humans anymore, you can’t be this bad. There are a lot of things that has never been guarantee in their contracts but still demand them.
If they acted the same way with passengers as they do with the hotel staff would sure see them on the different light, probably not even want to fly anymore with them.
The other guest are some of the elite members, who do not understand what it is offered and what not and just become extremely pushy, show off their arrogance and demand it.
Sometimes, I hope life will put these kind of people in such a situation that it will humble them down.
