Perry Kalynuk fired an employee he thought was not good at her job. He put her down and told her that he had doubts about hiring her in the first place, starting with the spacing errors on her reference page. He compared her to more popular more shinier employees who knew how to sell themselves.

Perry Kalynuk told the fired employee that it was none of her business who the new replacement would be. Then, once this fired employee left BTS land and landed in Maple Leaf Land, she discovered a CC’D email from Perry. In the CC’D email, Perry told the new replacement worker at his company that she could email the fired employee for help, even giving the new replacement worker the fired employees email without the fired employee’s permission.

What exactly was Perry Kalynuk’s thinking at this moment? Why didn’t he ask for permission from the fired employee to give away her email to the new replacement worker?

Did he still consider the fired employee his friend, (even though she had unfriended him on FB)? Did he assume that because he considered her his friend, that she would be willing to help her former employer out?

Was Perry simply inherently stupid? Only a stupid boss, would hand out a fired employee’s private yahoo email without her permission to the new employee and expect her to help out. Especially if she had not incentive to do so (like an hourly rate).

The fired employee still has scars from the way Perry and her Perry’s best buddy, her s** harasser, treated her. She would love to tell Perry how angry she still is with him for giving away her private information to the new employee and expecting her to help someone for free, especially someone taking away her job.
