Have not had s** wothbwife or step MIL aince they told me the whole thing had been wife’s idea since her stepmom was lonely. Things function but I no longer serve as one of step MIL’s in home caretakers. Continue to help and support needs/big picture things but have not had any desire to see step MIL. Wife has stopped asking me to reconsider my refusal to be a lover to her stepmom any more. The primary caretaker has told me that when wife and her stepmom are talking that they have discussed any idea they could think of to get me back between either of their legs again. Since simply for function I talk to primary caretaker almost daily, and since this whole thing broke, a simple camaraderie has developed centered around the issue of watching two manipulative women do what they do when they face the consequences of their own shady decisions. Nothing over the line but ironic how most days I would rather talk with a woman I am not having s** with than the two manipulative monsters I was having s** with.
