For nearly half a decade now my older brother has been a malignant tumor in my family’s life. He was born a retard, s*** his pants until he was at least 15 years old, complete and total social outcast who was picked on at school and would come home and take all his anger and hate out on me. From 8-11 he s******* abused me as well, it had a knock on effect where I did similar things to my youngest for a very short bit when I was 12 but I cut it out fast as it dawned on me how fucked up it all was and I was entering middle school and had girls available to me for the first time. By my early 20’s I was on heroin with a serious death wish. Cleaned up by mid 20’s which coincidentally was when older brother had finally left the area and was out of my life. For the next few years he would try to get me to stalk ex-girlfriends of his and other such things which I obviously wasn’t going to do. By my late 20’s he was threatening me with physical violence because I wouldn’t, and in the past decade he has threatened to kill my wife and daughter who he’s never even met and has absolutely no connection to whatsoever. My father has had his head in the sand my entire life about all of this. Still tries to cajole me into talking to him and maintaining a connection, and believes it’s all mine and my mother’s fault that he ended up this way. Very close to cutting him off as well but my wife says we need the inheritance. I’m really not sure how much more of this I can take. Just this week his wife took a tumble down the stairs and is now in the hospital with spine issues. Wish her no harm but if that ain’t f****** karma I don’t know what is. Take the hint old man, older brother is someone no one in the world needs or wants, is a drain on anyone who makes the mistake of getting involved with him, and aspires to be a louse and nuisance in literally everyone’s life. You bailed on us when we were young for this other lady, maybe you should’ve removed yourself from us entirely…….
