SELENA GOMEZ should get a grammy! I guess she was nominated for best short in the latina category for her song DE UNA VEZ and I love the song! It is truly beautiful and worthy, but I absolutely hate what inspired it as I sorta am a fan. I have had a similar experience that I feel has opened my eyes to the ugliness of Hollywood and it is disgusting what people do to either inspire art or for whatever reason that motivates intentional acts of harm.
I wish she would get a grammy for so flawlessly representing two cultures and can transition between two languages along with whatever and every other category she qualifies for.

She is amazing! And I’m not even close to being fluent in Spanish, but from the little bit that I do understand I would say that her name, Selena, translates to what she has titled her new album; rare- unique, individual, one, etc. I could explain, but I won’t. If you get it then you get it.
