We must say, that none of us thought when we met you that one day we would be engaging our Archbishop’s Representative this way.
But the actions you were part of a couple weeks ago, were, the proverbial straw that broke the camel’s back.

The LYNCHING of one staff member was nothing but a pathetic attempt by the SCHOOLS ADMINISTRATION, and people like yourself
to silence the majority of the School’s Staff that want nothing to do with this administration team and the constant mis-truths
that are being spewed forth, by them.

Truth be told, we all know what has been going on here. The leadership of the “Three Blind Mice” have taken our school to an all time low.
Teaching staff are jumping ship, like rats abandoning a sinking ship. The morale of our entire staff is at an all time low. People here do not talk or visit with each other,
it is a poisonous environment that has never been so oppressed.

It was nice to see the CISVA Superintendent at the school, a couple weeks ago. Interesting to note it was his first visit since
the school opened the final phase nearly 3 years ago. Even Archbishop Miller has the decency to visit us at least once a year!

The reason for the Superintendent’s visit was to prepare the noose that eventually went around JD neck.
We all know there was no CISVA policy in place. A member of the CISVA Board of Directors confirmed this.
DM came at the bequest of the school Administration.. Why? To punish a loyal OUR LADY Grad, who begged for help the last few years from the
School Administration that turned him down each and every time. No money they said, no resources. Hmmm….where has the money gone Father????
Could not find him any help cause we had no money, but the Administration Team can dine out regularly and feed their families too, all on the school parents dime.

Why did OUR LADY have to again raise tuition above the normal CISVA rates? Why? When other CISVA Schools are holding their increases to the CISVA minimum, and many schools are even forgoing increases. But the money pit that is our school keeps just sucking it all in.

Then the Administration team boldly pronounces at the last NDEC meeting that, “this has been decided, there is no vote, no discussion. JD is out”.

Some of us were curious as to why other teachers have been given a years leave of absence and then have ended up teaching elsewhere. TH, who was given a leave to teach for a year for an online school, in British Columbia. Isn’t one of the administrators the godfather to one of his children?

The School even gave leave to our former maintenance man years leave so he could work elsewhere. Of course most of us know the MM was busy working while collecting short term disability. in the real world Father, that is called FRAUD. Most of us on staff are capable of recognizing this. Not sure why the superintends office, the Administration Team and the CISVA board turns a blind eye.

The poor treatment of our friend has not gone unnoticed by OUR LADY Parents. Parents are more than shocked. The biggest question asked is “What did the school do to try and keep you here JD?” Well we know the answer to that question…. nothing.

Did you know parents are planning a Thank You Night for him. Yes by invitation only and it will not be held at the school!! Surprise, surprise!

JD is not the first staff member here to feel humiliated or abused by the actions of the OUR LADY Administration. The one question we want to ask our Archbishop’s Representative is “When will it end Father?”

Staff members leaving are routinely brought into the office and have been blasted for their departure. Other staff members when summonsed to a conference with the Administration Team are so leery they want independent witnesses to be there. Office staff have been routinely lambasted, and put in their place, after all how dare they ever question any decision made by the Administration Team.

Members of the School’s education committee have also been subjected to “The Third Degree” by the Administration Team. After all it is all about keeping full control. So why not bully them too.

Speaking of bullying, can you imagine if you were a 20+ year OUR LADY staff member, whom year in and out gave your life to a school, only to be hauled in before the School Administration and to be told “We are going in a new direction” so here is your 22 months notice…Don’t let the door hit you on the b*** as you go out of it LS. A change in direction? Wow in 22 months we could have a New Pope, a New Archbishop, a New Archbishop’s Representative and even a New Principal.
Classy organization we all work for!

We all know a new field is not likely after all who could have any confidence in the School Administration. I guess we can all all survive without a field. But tell us Father.
Where is the renovation to the Library, these days. Will it ever be completed? How much of the schools money have you blown on this half-baked job?
One staff member figured out by calling 311 at the City of Vancouver, they would actually give anyone an update on the progress to get a building permit for our library
or any other project big or small in Vancouver. Seems the staff are fully aware of the incompetence here.

What about the new school computer system that we spent tens of thousands of dollars to only learn it may not work? I think we will throw it out and buy a newer one! Then there is the school website, again money well spent and again the same results nothing. 2018 and our school does not have a functioning website. Yet again the Administration Team is out gallivanting the world on school student subsidized trips. Money grows on trees here at OUR LADY, so what the heck lets toss it into the wind. The waste and the lack of repair is enough to dishearten the strongest supporters on and off the staff. But now even key Alumni seem to be shying away.
It is so disheartening to be a member of this staff at the best school in Vancouver, yet lead by the worst Administration in Canada. Three people whom have never contributed to this wonderful facility we have. It is shameful.

Can you imagine what the present NDP Government or their teacher union friends would think, if we shared all this with them? We can’t and we won’t, but it does give one pause to reflect on how this leaderless ship is allowed to remain afloat, by the Archbishop, the Vicar of Education, the Cisva superintendents, all whom have been approached individually at times, by staff and school board officials. All hoping for some help in cleaning this mess up.

The saddest part of this whole mess, is you all think we do not know, or care enough to effect change here at the school. We can tell you this with great authority. Many of the parents already know. And we know Father that the truth needs to come out and we promise you this. It will.
WE will expose these Priests, and Deacons that continue to hide the abuse against children and teachers.
