People come, people go, and one can think that all relationships of all kinds are transactional. Is it even possible to function in society without even stricter compartmentalization? But then, I guess, these moments kinda push you towards defining what you actually want out of life, deep inside. If you’re afraid that you’re so unlikeable that everyone would push you away if they knew who you “really” are, you won’t get anything other than just something transactional. And what’s so bad with being “who you really are”, the past traumas don’t define you for the rest of your life. I guess this is the first sign of the intentions set for 2022 in music… define, compartmentalize ruthlessly if you have to, but be open for the new, after all, there aren’t many who I’d like to reconnect with, from, say, 2016. Time to stop hiding. It’s not my fault they go, it’s rather a sign of evolution. The question is, should one keep, archive those tiny bits for the sake of tracing own impact upon others, mostly, really, just random strangers… for the sake of defining legacy. Something to ponder upon. To those whom I refer to here indirectly (they know who they are) – thanks for those conversations we were having, I’ll keep some of these bits anonymized, without any reference, or anything like that.
