Including Jim Adler the “Texas Headache,” to their illegal relationship with Attys Williamson & Donulson who failed to disclose that they worked for Adler when he was prosecuted under Federal RICO laws for racketeering. To the Doc they hired who threw a lynch pin in my case and I questioned whether or not her testing algorithms were legal or if every 2 hour $20k exam ended in every patient having a TBI. To the 2 Kkk Judges: Elliott & Hawkins and the new LAZY Judge Williams who refused to even rule on the Motion For Protection to safeguard 1 Medical file to protect a Plaintiffs career. Whom REFUSED to make a decision due to the bribery and kickbacks from State Farm insurance company already prosecuted for $2.5 Mil for bribing Judges via campaign funds. Whom from the bottom to the top in you switching to support the insurance companies deposition from free to 7k as the Plaintiff buried their grandfather and cared for their mother in Jan as she almost died of CoVid. The level of corruption, undermining strategies to delay Justice is unprecedented when the Judge could have made a fair decision based on the Geico insurance company audit finding the Defendant at fault in Oct 2021. All of which having the power to make a fair ruling before the New Year of 2022, but refusing. Forcing the Plaintiff into a stalemate of: a) Pay 7k for a Doc Deposition, taking the $20k Doc debt owed to 27k b) Accept 59k in fraud settlment offer Atty Langdon negotiated w/State Farm- illegally consented to without the clients consent and was fired c) File a Writ of Mandamus which would cost the Plantiff $2k for a Certified Copy of the Motions For Summary Judgment and Damages she originally filed with the court, plus $300 in transcripts…is too damn much for any SURVIVOR OF A DUI CRASH!!!!! Yes, it is unfair you left her in medical debt, without the ability to protect herself from future health challenges, pain, suffering and lost wages,etc she so rightfully and ethically deserves.
