My wife and I work for the same company. She was embezzling small amounts of money. They were starting to audit the books and I had to max out my credit cards to pay it back before they could find out. But they did realize something was up, and they fired her,.. and me.
I’m very upset and I feel betrayed. I like to working for the company. And it provided me with good enjoyment. And that’s all over now.
I told her it doesn’t bug me but inside it really shook me to my core and it’s made me incredibly angry and disappointed. I gave up a career for her
