Total Bowel Evacuation is what I am talking about. Don’t waste your time with colon cleanse or other products. Prune juice is the trick but the amount you need is not well known. Buy a 64oz bottle at Kroger for 5 bucks. Drink one 16oz glass at 12 noon and another 16oz glass 2 hours later. This will have to be done when you are at home of course. As it works its way through your bowels it will also feed your system via the natural sugars. Be prepared to run to the bathroom many times for several hours. This system will utterly remove everything inside of you. East only a very light supper like a bowel of chicken noodle soup (No crackers or bread) Those who are slightly overweight will lose about 3 to 4lbs by the time they weigh in the next morning. Heavy set people will lose up to an astonishing 10lbs! Do this once or twice per week and make up your mind to eat well and eat less. One last thing, on the night you do this juicing you will feel an incredible sense of well being.
