Followup, female friend (ex gf) whose husband I had been a side piece of a** for, we met him to button things up. He was cocky and repeating threats to pursue alienation of affection for money and using the fact that I (gay) am allowing her to live under my roof since I have a huge place and felt guilty. Since he was copping attitude she was upset and not sure what to do or say and she had told me that if he wasn’t willing to let it all go and do sane amicable divorce then I was free to do this my way. Hhe also tried to play her on the aspect of financial ability to support themselves individually if they divorced. So I told him how it was going to go down. They were going to deed their home over to me and I would make the mortgage payments. That he had 6 months to move out and their home would be then be sold and money split between them. That he would spend through the coming weekend at a hotel that I had already booked and paid for, giving her the ability to get her things moved out without putting up with him. That he would sign the irreconcilable differences divorce papers I was having drawn up and he would not drag a lawyer of his own into it. Shot down every counter complaint or bluff he made about coming after me by being on the witness stand myself and telling all his dirty secrets as well as providing the pic she had of a man leaving their home when she was talking to me about wanting a divorce. Take it or leave it but that if he deviated the slightest from the plan I could obscenely out spend him and run his life into the ground. He did not have much to push back with at that point. Told him to go pack a bag and that I would be informed by the hotel when he checked in. To not bother trying to come by and make trouble during her things being moved out because I had a locksmith on standby waiting to meet us all their as soon as we left to change locks as soon as he left for hotel. He pretty much had no game left. We followed him he packed his bag and left and had locks changed, and as she began packing her things I set up the self install wifi linked security system linked to app on my phone. Amazing how easy it was to do. Got the call from hotel while doing thatt. movers for her stuff are already scheduled.
