The reason you start salivating like a dog infront of a ham bone when you’re dying for a piss is because your kidneys are backing up so much that your salivary system is being flooded with urea. Your piss is literally backflowing into your digestive system and thats why you’re sweating so much and have to keep swallowing your spit while youre trying not to piss yourself.
