No, you do NOT need a new pc for Windows 11. All you need is a tpm 2 chip, or compatibility via tpm 1.2 that’s already present in your system. Just enable it in bios, security chip or tpm it’s called. Use Linux anyways, is much better btw, and forever free, with the software forever free.
