The only way to stop r*** and s***** harassment is to separate the short, ugly, old and disabled men from the rest of society. Segregate them! Let them have their own whole cities/compounds/whatever, and they’re not allowed out without a permit. They can leave for work and special emergencies only. They would be closely monitored while outside their area, so they don’t r*** or shoot anyone, and subject to curfew laws. The only way ugly men could become part of our society is if they get married. But because he’s unattractive, he’s still a potential r***** or murder, and would still be closely monitored. If he gets divorced, send him back where he came from. When a boy reaches age 18, by then you have a pretty good idea what he’ll look like as an adult, and that will determine where he lives. If a single male in main society loses his hair or gains/loses too much weight, he gets shipped off to the potential rapists’ side of town. When a man reaches age 40, he has to go for an evaluation of his looks. If he’s not attractive anymore and isn’t married, he gets removed from society. If he’s hot enough to stay, he’s subject for another evaluation in 10 years. At age 60, he’s no longer allowed in regular society unless he is married. Married men who lose their looks would be monitored as potential rapists and subject to curfew laws. If a boy is below age 18 but has a physical disability, he can’t live in regular society and has to live on the rapists’ side. He’d be removed from his parents’ custody and raised by his own kind instead. Ugly and disabled children would go to their own special schools, where they take extra classes to teach them not to bother women.
