My father used tough love on me and my brothers while we were growing up and it didn’t help me at all. It cause me to develop emotional and psychological issues that I’m still dealing with today. I’m slowly improving as time goes on but it will take a while. I prefer love that is kind, loving, & warm. That type of love inspires me to do my best. Loving myself well teach me how to love in a way that is warm and loving.:)
