Install CCTV and record every movement around your home, your bedroom window and anywhere else he might be. Buy really good quality digital cameras which also provide night time recording and leave it running constantly.
Record any telephone calls he makes on your mobile phone and get him to talk to you and make dirty suggestions, without any input from you.
Get him to send you dirty pictures of himself, his private parts and anything else, but also his face, so you can tie him to the evidence you are saving.
When you have enough, prepare it all and present it to the police, in its original format and tell them you are being stalked by this guy here is the evidence and you are afraid he is intending to r*** or murder you and you need police protection and for him to be arrested for stalking you and punished to stop him from doing this to you or anyone else, before he does something violent or violently s*****……….simple
