I f****** HATE the military, these s*** dicks knowing my situation are trying to purposely send me to another location and on top of that forcefully extend my duty commitment 2 yrs
I’m moving to Australia when I’m done, got a better paying gig there waiting.
Me: Usually, in the military, they can send you wherever they have a need for your skills, it is not about you specifically, you are a unit and as one unit breaks down, leaves, or whatever, then they need to move another unit in, to replace the one which does not work any more and that happens to be you.
If you arc up too much, they could charge you for desertion, by refusing to go where they send you – and – send you to some American Military Punishment Regime, for as long as they like and then give you a dishonorable discharge from the service and your job in Australia or anywhere else, will never happen, ever.
The USAF is probably one of the easier life styles you can choose in the US military and given your expertise in your field, you obviously are of value to the USAF in whatever capacity you are in.
Coronavirus is world wide now, but especially in America and as a national and international pandemic, you won’t be able to leave America any time soon, because of this and America, Russia and Brazil, are countries which are banned from sending people to overseas countries and especially Australia, which according to the news, is Coronavirus free, with the exception of Victoria and even in Australia, all common borders with Victoria are locked down and nobody is allowed to leave Victoria for anywhere else.
As the pandemic is a “national emergency” you could have your tour of service extended by Presidential Decree, for 2 years or more – it was not unheard of, to hear of terms of service being extended during the Vietnam war, by 2 years if the US was in need of specialized services and servicemen and whilst I understand your frustration, this is not about you, but your country as a whole and it does not just affect you, but everyone else who thought they could leave their service at the end of their commission, but now cannot.
It would be far better for you to blow off here and knuckle down there and just be a “yes sir, no sir”, guy and go with the flow, after all, your pay grade is probably damn good and you have the massive support from the USAF in every way, especially with this Coronavirus pandemic and it would be far better to leave, when you can, without any charges being evident, or any question of your conduct being in any doubt and the Aussie job you can get now, will still be there anytime in the future, after Coronavirus – and often life has a way of throwing a spanner in the works, but if you work through this one (what choice do you have with America shunned by all) when you are on the far side, everything will fall into place for you, for sure.
If you get a virus in the head, mix one heaped teaspoon of salt in a mug of warm water, cup a hand and sniff or snort the total contents up your nose, spitting out anything which comes down into your mouth.
If you get a burning sensation, you have a virus, so wait until the burning feeling subsides, then blow out your nose and flush away, washing your hands afterwards.
Do the above salt water treatment morning, noon, or night, until the burning sensation ceases, when you have cleared the virus and you will not get Covid-19.
Pass my cure around to anyone who you can – it works, I have been doing this for 25 years and I stake my life on it, however, I am never ill and I never get the Flu, although those around me drop like flies from it.
Given your profession and that you work for the USAF, you would be open to all sorts of airborne pollution, which could manifest into some pretty horrid diseases later on, so doing a salt water sniffle, once a month or so, would clean out any airborne pollution you could have breathed into your head and keep you clean and safe.
Salt acts as a disinfectant and kills any virus in the head before it becomes Covid-19 in the body, as well as getting rid of that pollution.
There are only 2 ways we can get an external infection and that is either by breathing it in, or by a bite, like from a mosquito for example – so it is always a good idea to breathe through your nose as often as you can and rarely through your mouth, it just takes practice, that is all.
Good Luck and don’t let the buggers get you down!!
I’m not an American and I don’t live in America (smile)
