hi, i was fallsly acussed of rapeing a girl. it was after hours at school and nobody was around.
Reply: A step daughter fingered me for inappropriate s** with her when she was a kid. THE DCJ at my trial instructed the Jury to find me automatically Guilty of 8 charges and the Jury found me Not Guilty of the remaining 4 and the DCJ sentenced me to 6 years and I served my sentence in full, getting out after 4 years, with 2 years off for good behaviour.
My stepdaughter was awarded $28,500 Compensation, which she used to buy herself a home – in her “real” name, I have a copy of the deeds.
My stepdaughter pretended to be single and unable to have a relationship, because of what she said I had done to her when she was a kid, but here is the rub, she lied about her identity and was in an ongoing loving relationship and married by the time of my trial and calling herself Mrs – and she recanted all of the charges I was convicted and imprisoned for, in her claim for Compensation, so I was imprisoned for only 1 charge, at days end, for which the Jury at my Trial had found me Not Guilty.
A Lawyer I showed the stuff I had got during my imprisonment, using my prison stamp allowance, said she had Falsely Sworn her Name, Identity, Status and Circumstances and Accusations and committed 100% Perjury and been paid $28,500 for Fraud.
But here is the thing, you see – the letters I got from her, came from The Criminal Injuries Compensation Commission and they had a ruling from a Judge that 3rd party evidence could not be used in a Court Of Law to overturn a conviction, where my stepdaughter was the first party, Criminal Injuries Compensation was the second party and I was the third party and the same back, when I replied to any information from her.
So my sentence of 6 years was for a person who did not exist and for accusations, she said, never happened in signed, dated, documents.
Normally, when Compensation is paid out, the convicted person (me in this case) gets the bill after they are released from prison, but I never got the bill, which suggests what?
According to social media, my stepdaughter died in 2012, although I don’t know how or why and really, there is no point being upset with things, because the 4 years I spent in prison were an interesting experience and set me up with a rented home when I got out and I’ve never had a job since, these past 18 years and I’m retired and living in my own home now, thanks to an inheritance – win-win.
Police. Never ever say anything to them in a police interview.
No Comment, or I’d love to help you, but I have nothing to say at this time, or ask for a Lawyer, because if you admit ANYTHING it will be used against you in a Court Of Law and where you might get away free, by saying nothing, admitting anything is admitting Guilt, irrespective of if you are, or not.
Prison: Never, ever say what your conviction was for, better yet, don’t discuss it and remember that anything you do say, is confirmation that you have admitted to a Criminal and that might come back to haunt you later on as evidence against you, by the Criminals you mix with, or the police, if someone “dogs” you.
This type of conviction is commonplace now, so don’t sneer or look down on us, when you might be the next person fingered, in what is the perfect crime.
