To be honest. There should be a way to raise awareness and prevention of pregnacies on poor communities. It’s for their best economically and the environment. Maybe some sort of free internal contraceptives since those are better than the pills or surgical sterilization. I do believe they deserve those medical services for free since obviously they can’t afford getting help nowadays.
