I hate my job. my boss is a terrrible human being who yells at us and threatens us and says racist and sexist and just plain GROSS things… and no one says anything.. i’m looking for a new job and not telling anyone, including my partner (g/f) who also works here… no one would back me up and i am so f****** sick of people acting like i’m a bad person for not starting a public complaint about him… acting like it’s my responsibility to stand up and get him in trouble

i hate it, but i’m hurt that my friends don’t have any compassion for ME in this…

I also hate my manager so much but I can’t accuse her because she is the best manager in there I don’t think they will fire her, but I can’t look for a new job because I don’t have a car and this work is close to my house
