My friend and I have been planning to do something to his neighbors car. A little back story about why we want to do this is because this lady is crazy, and tried to get his mom fired for no good reason. She also hit our friend’s grandparents car with her car, and drove away to avoid getting caught. He knows it was her because her because the night after her car was all messed up in the front. She did not get in any trouble, and did not apologize either.
We plan to wrap her car and moped in plastic wrap and throw rotten eggs at her vehicles and house. I think we should also jam silly putty down the ignition for the moped to maybe disable it. I am not sure if that idea would work, but who knows.
I was wondering if you think this would be a good idea, and maybe if you have ideas of your own ?.

Stick up your Jolly Ranchers on her window and / 3 of her tires because if you slash all four insurance will cover it also Jolly Ranchers will break the windows.
Way too much work. You’re running a huge risk of being caught because of the time it will take. Lots of homeowners have cameras. Don’t get arrested over something stupid.
