I’m confused honestly. I started a calorie counter just to see how much I’m eat. 600 to 800 calories a day. Not at all what I expected. But made since though I’m rapidly losing weight I thought it was cus I had a healthy diet. I lose and gain weight easily I got pretty lucky with that most my family gains weight very easily and diabetes is very common. But even though I’m under eating I’m not hungry I dint want to eat. ill be under weight soon if I keep this I’m losing like 3 or 4 pounds a week I don’t think that’s normal. I don’t really want to be under weight I want to be a healthy weight. But I don’t want to eat. I don’t have a fear of eating so I’m not anorexic. I forget to eat or just dont want or see any thing high cal to eat. Sometimes I do eat a lot every now and then I have my binge days. I dont see food as a chore I don’t mind eating I just don’t get hungry I don’t want to eat more. I guess I wouldn’t mind being under weight but I know it isn’t healthy but who I’m to care about health most of those calories com from eggo waffles and chicken nuggets with some chips and salsa on top
