I think you are human. Maybe you have a lot of shame, i do too. I know life is hard. I dont like you being hard on yourself. Be hard on me, fine, i can use it, not enough people are. Im sure life has been hard on you. I dont always react how i should because i get emotionally invested and i have bad boundaries.
