Playing the first Borderlands for the first time. Personally I think the game didn’t age too well, but it’s still pretty good. Anyway, at some point I thought “hey, I wonder if back when the game first launched people were down hard for my man Mordecai, let’s go and check”. So I went on r34 and discovered that apparently “Mordecai” is not an uncommon name for fictional characters, and the site only has a single huge tag for every fictional Mordecai, without separating the art by franchise. In short I found out that the majority of the Mordecai tag on r34 is taken up by p*** of the blue bird Mordecai from regular show. Now, I don’t mean to kinkshame anyone, not when I was also on the site looking for stuff, but Jesus christ, you guys need to calm the f*** down! It’s a goddamn BIRD, for f***’s sake!
