Yes there are murderous people who enjoy killing. Some are in Ukraine as mercenaries getting paid for their pleasure of torture and executions. War exists because people, both men and women, take pleasure in it. It was reveled to humans long ago in the garden, how they can make war and be powerful. People love power and importance and control over others.
