You cant expect anyone to kneel down if you are very clearly not worthy. I simply don’t. If that means I need to leave, I will. I will not kneel before anyone who has not proven to me that they are worthy. Wise, they actually show me they are not worthy. That’s just me though. I treat everyone man or woman exactly the same until they prove to me they are what they portray themselves to be and in the end there is not damn thing anyone can do about it. If it’s a boss you can fire me, that’s alright. I’ll use her until it comes to that point but it’s about knowing your own value as week as everyone else’s.
