What’s your thoughts on this? My child’s father says “it’s all about the principle”… He made the stupid choice to rent out a rental to man he didn’t know in exchange for money because he was struggling at the moment. The guy he rented the car to ended up being a f****** criminal and stole the rental car. Now my child’s father is under all types of investigation and stress because of that situation and financial struggles, completely understandable, but to continue to make bad choices because the rental car incident is “haunting” you and you can’t let it go? Yes, I understand, it’s all about the principle. You did something nice, he screwed you over, but you chose to help a complete stranger. I think you brought this all on yourself and need to man up, get out the rut,and move on! I understand you’re angry, but we all make mistakes, you live and you learn. Continuing to make bad choices because you’re angry is not going to solve things, and I think YOU’RE the one that needs to see the psychiatrist because you can’t let things go without being careless or seeking revenge. The private investigator already told you they would take care of it…please let it go.
