Of uneasiness and uncomfortable-ness approached me once again this evening as I went to fix the Wi-Fi of where I live downstairs and realised that the woman I was talking to either unintentionally forgot to tell me or deliberately forgot to tell me (not that she didn’t have to, I don’t think I’m entitled to know and I mean I don’t really include myself in this dynamic as I’ve only been here a fortnight as much as I would like to being the social bee that I am but ‘you can’t push yourself into something unless you’ve been explicitly stated’ and I have a lot of others things to focus on right and I have to get those sorted otherwise I won’t be myself) that it was one of the girls or someone else’s birthday. (Like I said I dont act as if I’m entitled to know and I keep myself to myself) but this small incident alongside other small incidents over the past 12 days really really really added up and got me thinking about. I obviously didn’t say anything to her and tbh, I wouldn’t want to. I don’t know if she is doing deliberately of her own accord or if she is being compelled to. You see are as nice as our culture is sometimes the men themselves or even women sometimes can be insidious or even outsiders themselves who want to infiltrate. Some people are determined they have a sick right over you. Some people are determined whilst not looking at their own distorted reflection of immorality and unethical behaviour to make your life – even if you have not done anything horrific to them – a misery (on a more general scale). But back to specifically that incident downstairs. Some are too naive to notice. Unfortunatwly, even if I don’t call people out, I notice the smallest flinch or skew whether it is in that millisecond or if it is a few minutes or days later. I suppose it’s scary when women conglomerate together. Especially with someone like me.
