I work at Burger King and I really hate my manager. She weirds me out and makes me feel extremely anxious and uncomfortable every time I talk to her. She seems like a super pushy, overly friendly, and aggressive person. She bosses people around constantly and disrespects us by treating all of us like little kids. (I’m a teenage girl but I work an adult job. I deserve to be treated like an adult) She seems super overly defensive and doesn’t seem to respect people’s boundaries. Like one time there was this little five year old girl who was eating with her family and my manager started teasing and tickling her. Is it weird that I think that’s uncomfortable and odd? I already have absolutely horrible anxiety, so being with this woman makes my job a lot more difficult. It’s gotten to the point that I’ve started dreading shifts because I’m so freaked out by her
