My wife’s coworker rubs me the wrong way. I had the day off so I surprised her with lunch and a little love note. I ran into him first when I was delivering it and he laughed when he realized I was her husband. When my wife came out, he asked her to go with lunch with him. She, thankfully, denied him and ate with me instead. The more I think about it, the more I’m bothered. My wife is the most beautiful woman alive and I’ve always known she’s out of my league. She’s smart, worldly, cunning, everything good. Her coworker his incredibly attractive and has this mischievous smirk when he looks at her. Should I be threatened? It would destroy me if I lost her.
