I am in my late 50’s and have worked in one office or another since I was 15 years old and I f*****’ hate customers. I’m so sick of whiners who don’t pay their bills on time and act like it’s my fault their (whatever) isn’t working/on/filled/in force. You’re an adult, I know you have the money (I deal with people of substantial means) just pay it and shut up already. Too lazy to open your mail and pay your bills, then set up on EFT already. Geesh.
