I am a 31 year old man and don’t feel like I am very attractive at all. But for some reason young girls like talking to me. My wife thinks I am flirting and has talked to me about it. I felt stupid because I didn’t even realize any of the things she pointed out. She says I should stop talking to them because one day they are going to get me into trouble, but I don’t know how to without either being a jerk and ignoring them, or telling them I don’t want to talk to them anymore.
I try, but I still don’t notice I am even doing anything until my wife points it out to me. I am just friendly I guess. I just don’t have it in me to be mean. I have no intention of flirting, but she says I am.
How can I blow them off when I work with them, and how can I do it without being rude/mean? I don’t like to make my wife worry but I don’t realize it when it happens.

If you are just being friendly with them and nothing more, then it’s not a problem. The problem is that your wife is jealous and that you are getting attention from younger girls. It’s not your fault that they want to talk to you. If you really love your wife just let her know that you have no intentions of being with anyone else but her. If it still bothers her, then I’m afraid you just might have to cut them off.
