I sleep on my stomach, so that if I were ever to get sleep paralysis with hallucinations I will be facing down and not see any monsters at the end of my bed.

  • I used to suffer from the same issue often when I was in my mid-teens. If the problem persists and you experience sleep paralysis on an almost daily basis, seek medical attention; you could possible have a sleeping disorder.
