My dad was a very loveable slightly eccentric scientist and now everytime I have a lectureor a seminar with a prof that reminds me of him I get a feeling of warmth and comfort and I feel really motivated to study for that subject bc I feel like I’d be making him proud.
He died when I was a teenager and I’m in my 20s now but I still remember him fondly.
